Providers
Subprocessor List
These providers may process customer or user information to help Trofik deliver the website and platform. The providers involved depend on the features a customer enables.
How to read this list
“Core” means the provider supports the production service generally. “Feature-dependent” means information is sent only when the relevant feature or integration is used. This list does not mean every provider receives every category of information.

AI provider note
Trofik uses provider business or API services rather than consumer chat accounts for platform processing. Trofik does not intentionally opt customer content into voluntary provider model-training programs. Provider safety logging and retention may still apply according to the endpoint, configuration, and contract. See AI & Data for more context.
Changes to providers
We may update this list when a provider or feature changes. Contract customers receive any additional subprocessor notice required by their agreement. Questions or objections should be sent promptly to christian@trofikimpact.com.
Not a current subprocessor
Daily-based Practice functionality is retired and is not represented as part of the current Practice service. Source-control and internal development tools are not listed here unless they are configured to process customer personal information for production service delivery.
